1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Protocol Vault, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. App purpose
Protocol Vault is a personal organization tool that lets you record and manage routines, protocols, schedules, notes, and completion information. It is designed for personal informational use.
3. Health and medical disclaimer
Protocol Vault does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not replace a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified professional.
Do not use the app to make urgent medical decisions. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of information stored in, displayed by, or associated with the app. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
You are responsible for confirming instructions, quantities, timing, interactions, and safety with an appropriate professional. Entries, reminders, and completion states may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use Protocol Vault lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and appropriateness of information you enter;
- protecting access to your device and any exported files;
- maintaining backups when you need recoverability;
- reviewing any restored or imported data before relying on it; and
- not misusing the app, attempting to disrupt it, or violating others’ rights.
5. License and ownership
Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Protocol Vault. The app, website, branding, design, and associated intellectual property remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your protocol content remains yours.
6. Availability, updates, and backups
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the app will be available on every device or operating-system version. Backups are disabled unless you explicitly enable or initiate them. Without a usable backup, deleted data, device loss, app removal, device reset, or corruption may result in permanent data loss.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protocol Vault is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protocol Vault and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Changes and general terms
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing your use of Protocol Vault.
